Incluso esos libros, que han sido redactados durante meses o a\u00f1os, que se corrigen y pulen l\u00ednea a l\u00ednea, suelen hacer llamadas a una extensa bibliograf\u00eda compuesta por otros libros o art\u00edculos que, a su vez, tambi\u00e9n han sido redactados del mismo modo. <\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 3 --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Son los libros de divulgaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica<\/strong>. La escritora <strong>Stephanie Huston<\/strong> dice que pensar que no ten\u00eda suficiente tiempo result\u00f3 ser una excusa poco convincente. Un d\u00eda se fij\u00f3 la meta de leer 50 libros en un a\u00f1o, y que para ello solo tuvo que desviar un poco de su tiempo perdido con el tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil, o aprovechar el tiempo en los trenes, durante los descansos para comer o mientras esperaba en la fila del supermercado. <\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 5 --><\/p>\n<p>Pensemos que un ensayo t\u00edpico tiene 50.000 palabras y que podemos leer entre 200 y 400 palabras por minuto. <strong>Eso significa que podemos leer 100 ensayos en poco m\u00e1s de 200 horas al a\u00f1o<\/strong>. Una cifra irrisoria si la comparamos con el tiempo que empleamos en redes sociales (600) o en televisi\u00f3n (2000).<\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 6 --><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puede ser que el libro escogido no cumpla nuestras expectativas. Entonces podemos proceder como explica <strong>Peter Bregman<\/strong>, that <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/02\/how-to-read-a-book-a-week\">as\u00ed hace \u00e9l para leer un ensayo por semana<\/a> having a busy life:<\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 7 --><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Lea el t\u00edtulo y cualquier lugar desde los primeros p\u00e1rrafos hasta las primeras p\u00e1ginas del cap\u00edtulo para descubrir c\u00f3mo el autor est\u00e1 usando este cap\u00edtulo y d\u00f3nde encaja en el argumento del libro. Luego revise los encabezados y subt\u00edtulos (si los hay) para tener una idea del flujo. Lea la primera oraci\u00f3n de cada p\u00e1rrafo y la \u00faltima. Si entiende el significado, siga adelante. De lo contrario, es posible que desee leer todo el p\u00e1rrafo. Una vez que haya comprendido el cap\u00edtulo, tal vez pueda hojear p\u00e1ginas enteras, ya que el argumento puede ser claro para usted y tambi\u00e9n puede repetirse.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"article-asset-image article-asset-normal\">\n<div class=\"asset-content\">\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"d\" class=\"centro_sinmarco\" src=\"https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/ff89f0\/61jpfjpezxlf\/450_1000.jpg\"><\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Some recommendations<\/h2>\n<p>Leer un libro que te empuja contemplar el horizonte del conocimiento humano, adem\u00e1s, te permite descubrir cu\u00e1n est\u00e9ril suele ser muchas veces confraternizar con algunas personas. Y uno acaba por evocar esta sensaci\u00f3n descrita por <strong>Schopenhauer<\/strong> in <em>Sobre la cu\u00e1druple ra\u00edz del principio de raz\u00f3n suficiente<\/em>: \u00abA veces hablo con los hombres como el ni\u00f1o con sus mu\u00f1ecos; aun sabiendo que los mu\u00f1ecos no pueden comprender, mediante un grato autoenga\u00f1o met\u00f3dico se logra el gozo de la comunicaci\u00f3n\u00bb.  <\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 8 --><\/p>\n<p>Si quer\u00e9is empezar por algunos potentes de verdad, de los que te hacen adorar tu soledad, entonces algunos de los libros que os enumero a continuaci\u00f3n son los que m\u00e1s han cambiado las coordenadas de mi mente. <strong>Los que m\u00e1s me han influido a nivel intelectual, pero tambi\u00e9n emocional<\/strong>. Los que han permitido que contemple el mundo con mayor perspectiva. Tambi\u00e9n los que me han demostrado, de una forma casi f\u00edsica, cu\u00e1n complejo es todo y qu\u00e9 poco sab\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 9 --><\/p>\n<p>Son libros que han funcionado casi como br\u00fajulas en mitad del desierto, microscopios para ver lo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o, telescopios para ver lo m\u00e1s lejano. <\/p>\n<p><!-- BREAK 10 --><\/p>\n<h2>1. Comp\u00f3rtate, de Robert Sapolsky<\/h2>\n<p>Estamos ante un mamotreto de 984 p\u00e1ginas. Pero cada una de sus p\u00e1ginas vale su peso en oro. Una enciclopedia colaborativa, gratuita, que no paga a sus colaboradores, que se ha convertido en una dura competidora de la Enciclopedia Brit\u00e1nica. Lo m\u00e1s apasionante es que para redactar Wikipedia se us\u00f3 s\u00f3lo <strong>el 1 % de las horas que los telespectadores estadounidenses pasan viendo la televisi\u00f3n en un a\u00f1o<\/strong>.
