En un trabajo que usa las modernas t\u00e9cnicas de imagen, investigadores brit\u00e1nicos han detectado varios casos de met\u00e1stasis en los huesos enterrados en diversos cementerios medievales. Extrapolando su hallazgo, estiman que hasta el 14% de la poblaci\u00f3n pudo tener alg\u00fan tumor.
