Su afici\u00f3n a la ornitolog\u00eda le llev\u00f3 a desarrollar su tesis doctoral en el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mncn.csic.es\/es\" >Museo Nacional de Ciencias Naturales (MNCN-CSIC)<\/a> bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Eulalia Moreno.
