Pero nadie hab\u00eda podido comprobarlo experimentalmente hasta ahora. Para conseguirlo, un equipo de astr\u00f3nomos liderados por Garaint Lewis, de la Universidad de S\u00eddney, ha recurrido al &#8216;truco&#8217; de utilizar cu\u00e1sares, n\u00facleos gal\u00e1cticos muy activos, como si fueran relojes. El trabajo se publica hoy mismo en &#8216;Nature Astronomy&#8217;. \u00abMirando hacia atr\u00e1s -afirma Lewis-, a una \u00e9poca en que el universo ten\u00eda poco m\u00e1s de mil millones de a\u00f1os, hemos visto que el tiempo parece fluir cinco veces m\u00e1s lento.
