These activities do not necessarily have to take place during the 3 days of the Forum, they can take place in the period between one week before or after December 2 and 4.<\/p><p><strong>Official proposal forms must be sent, in PDF file, to the email address <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"mailto:info@forocilac.org\">info@forocilac.org<\/a><\/span><\/span> by 22 April 2024<\/strong><\/p><p>The result of the evaluation will be informed to those responsible for the proposals in the weeks following the closing of the call.
