Desde su lanzamiento, m\u00e1s de 28 mil personas han sido parte de los coloquios del ciclo #CienciaEnMovimiento de CILAC.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La evaluaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica-acad\u00e9mica constituye uno de los componentes centrales del sistema cient\u00edfico, con fuerte impacto en su direcci\u00f3n, en t\u00e9rminos tanto de definici\u00f3n de preguntas de investigaci\u00f3n, como de fijaci\u00f3n de prioridades.<\/p>\n<p>Para la UNESCO, este asunto se torna cr\u00edtico a la hora de considerar una de sus principales prioridades: garantizar no s\u00f3lo el acceso universal al conocimiento cient\u00edfico, sino tambi\u00e9n que la producci\u00f3n de ese conocimiento sea inclusiva, equitativa y sostenible. Es decir, promover la Ciencia Abierta en toda su potencialidad, asegurando que la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica de todos los campos sea accesible a todo el mundo en beneficio de los cient\u00edficos y de la sociedad en su conjunto. Con este prop\u00f3sito, en 2021 los 193 Estados Miembros de la UNESCO aprobaron la Recomendaci\u00f3n de la UNESCO sobre la Ciencia Abierta, como conjunto de principios y pr\u00e1cticas que dan marco normativo a esta misi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What does responsible research evaluation mean? What is its importance? What characteristics does it entail? What methodologies and tools have been designed to carry it out?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These and other issues are addressed by Dr. Laura Rovelli, coordinator of the Latin American Forum for Scientific Evaluation (FOLEC) of the Latin American and Caribbean Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), in a <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/unesdoc.unesco.org\/ark:\/48223\/pf0000388985\">recently published document<\/a><\/strong><\/span> Published by UNESCO and CILAC.
