Who do we vaccinate first?

As obtaining one or more vaccines against the coronavirus approaches, a reality emerges: there will not be one for everyone, at least at first. That raises the dilemma of how to distribute the first doses. It also explains the movements of many governments to obtain millions of vials from the best-placed candidates. Now, around twenty public health ethicists and philosophers warn against the emergence of health nationalism and propose a model for a fair distribution of vaccines.
