From the imposing prehistoric monument of stonehenge, in the south of England, you only need to walk 10 kilometers in a straight line to reach Porton Down, a scientific complex well known, paradoxically, for his top secret experiments. Behind their barbed wire are DSTL laboratories of the Ministry of Defense, created in 1916 to investigate the new chemical weapons - such as mustard gas - with which the Germans were trying to win the Great War. Already during the Second World War, Porton Down scientists crossed another red line and created biological bombs with malignant anthrax spores, now banned and never used in combat. Since then, the investigations have been so confidential that the British Government itself denies on his website the craziest theories: “No alien, living or dead, has ever been brought to Porton Down.”
