You can submit a proposal for a thematic session or side event to be included in the program of the fifth edition of the CILAC Forum, taking place in Brasilia from November 24 to 26, 2026.
The subitted proposal may be in any of the following modalities:
Thematic sessions of up to 75 minutes, organized by an institution or consortium of institutions, in the format of a Conversation, Commented Exposition, or Network Meetings, framed preferably in at least one of the thematic axes of the Forum: themes of the Forum:
Parallel events, for activities not falling necessarily within the thematic axes of this edition of the Forum. These activities do not necessarily have to take place during the three days of the Forum; they may occur within the one-week period immediately preceding or following November 24–26.

The result of the evaluation will be informed to those responsible for the proposals in the weeks following the closing of the call. The Academic Committee will be made up of representatives of the organizing institutions, and their names will be announced in due course.
