The recent landmark Supreme Court decision Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia is historic and will last generations, labor rights legal expert William B. Gould argues.

In their decision, the Court confirmed that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits employment discrimination “because of sex,” applies to discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
